Life in the orphanage was a living hell for six-year-old Kevin.
After his mother died in an accident, he was left completely alone. The other children were cruel. They constantly teased him, laughing at his tears and repeating the same terrible phrase: “Your mom is dead, she’s never coming back.”

Kevin tried to be strong, but every night he fell asleep with his pillow soaked in tears. He dreamed of only one thing—seeing his mother again.

He knew exactly where he needed to go. He ran as fast as his little legs could carry him toward the city cemetery.
